Today students filled in a sign parameters worksheet for 20 vocabulary signs from unit 10. It was due at the end of the class.

All ASL 2 students could see what ITP programs they were assigned for research over the break. If you were absent you can ask me to e-mail it to you. gremmertr@issaquah.wednet.edu. I will also post it on my website on Friday.
Period 3 - Today we went to Center Base and taught the students there emotion signs. We are going to work with them again on Friday, March 11.

Today we finished the Red Badge of Courage presentations. Unit 10 vocabulary was demonstrated.
Period 5 - Write 10 sentences using unit 10 vocabulary. You do not need to use all the words. Write sentences that are really reprensentational of how you would use te vocab. Gloss them and be ready to present 2 or 3 to the class on Thursday.
We took a fingerspelling quiz from practice list #14. If this is the first one that you have missed this quarter, you do not need to make it up because I drop the lowest fingerspelling grade each quarter.
5 interpreter program choices were due today by 3:00 pm.

Today we finished "Summer's Story" and did the worksheet. If you missed this movie, Mrs. G. will show it after school on Thursday, February 3rd. That is the only time to make it up as the movie needs to be mailed back to the Arizona Deaf School.
We started a translation project for "The Red Badge of Courage". Get your page to translate, gloss, and present to the class. We will be finished with these presentations before we go to the play next Wednesday, February 9th.
